Our marine kitchen of season is supplied of the fishing of the gerundense coast, mainly of the markets of Llançà, the Port of the Forest, Palamós and Blanes and we have fish breeding grounds and seafood that guarantees an exceptional culinaria quality, for "ofreceros" plates of the sea so elaborated and exquisite as the lukewarm Salad of Vieiras with "jamón" and vegetables, the Rooster of San Pedro with capers, apple and reduction of "Chardonnay" and, for which they like the meat, also you will be able to taste so peculiar plates how the so sweet Fillet of Ostrich with caramelizada Apple and desserts how the Milhojas with Cream of Apple and Ice cream of Vanilla.
